Molly Naylor is a scriptwriter, poet and performer. She is co-director of True Stories Live, a live storytelling show and community storytelling project. She is the co-writer and creator of Sky One sitcom After Hours. She wrote and performed the autobiographical show Whenever I Get Blown Up I Think Of You, which premiered at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and was adapted for BBC Radio 4. Other past work includes live shows My Robot Heart and If Destroyed Still True, and short film Callback (which she also directed). Her debut poetry collection Badminton is published by Burning Eye.
She also delivers and devises workshops and creative projects with a range of different people.
Molly is currently writing a Creative England/BFI-funded feature film called I’ll See Myself Out, produced by Jeva Films. Her next project is a full-length stage play called LIGHTS! PLANETS! PEOPLE! which has been commissioned by Warwick Arts Centre, Norwich Arts Centre and Nuffield Theatres Southampton.
