Molly Naylor is a scriptwriter, poet and performer. She is the host and co-creator of True Stories Live, a live story show and community storytelling project. She is the co-writer and creator of Sky One sitcom After Hours. She wrote and performed the autobiographical show Whenever I Get Blown Up I Think Of You, which premiered at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe before touring internationally and then going on to be adapted for BBC Radio 4. Other past work includes My Robot Heart, If Destroyed Still True, Callback, What People Do, When you left I thought I’d die but now I’m fine. Her poetry collection Badminton is published by Burning Eye.
She also delivers and devises workshops and creative outreach projects with a range of different people.
She is currently particularly interested in making work that looks at issues and ideas around mental health, community, addiction and recovery, solitude, and displacement.
